I haven't slept for two days in a row, and lack of sleep is normal for me, but as I've noticed, it's causing me to become paranoid and hallucinate. And this time it feels like something want to kill me, and considering that I sit in the dark all the time, this feeling becomes stronger. I don't know what to do with this

I felt that when I tried psychedelic mushrooms.

I have severe bipolar so the sleep thing resonates with me during mania.

What got me to sleep was ASMR, specifically Bob Ross painting, try that with chamomile tea.

Thanks, I always forget that something like this exists and take on something more difficult

lol. Good luck having a heart attack in your 40s.
Natural selection IMO

you need to relax and sleep while you are still conscious that you are being paranoid. what the other anon suggested is good. To relax, I like stretching and watching Thomas Heaton videos. good luck.

It’s absolutely damaging to your brain, and health. It’s not like some small thing you can overlook, sleep is your bodies first and foremost system of self repair and recovery. If you neglect your sleep, you will suffer. And if you can’t help but stay up, well it might be indicative of some underlying disorder so get it checked out immediately.

The obvious and most quick advice I would give is to take something with DIPHENHYDRAMINE because it usually makes people drowsy.

Try taking medication, or do breathing exercises.
Or just talk about it with someone and they can help you out. I think thats the best option.

It will go away when you get very used to whatever type of nonschedule you keeping. You will adapt, Anon!

Regulate your circadian rhythm with natural light and go to sleep.

sounds great.
it actually is not too bad.
i have supernatural abilities to cobat my "halucinations".
in your case... if you want to keep up your current way of being and not be changed by these circumstances... acknowledge they are not real. things will escalate, most likely.your beingness tries to tell you something. and it will enforce it if you go too much against yourself. one way or another. treat yourself nicely.
