I take medicine to stop being fat and I'm still fat. I'm shaped like a fucking brick. I eat yogurt for lunch and whatever's in the fridge for dinner (like a frozen entree). That's literally all I'm eating in a day and I'm stuck at 200+ wtf do I do. I also walk for an hour every day.

You either have some unbalance in your system (those are quite hard to diagnose sometimes, unless it's hormonal) or you are eating more than you are telling us.
Make sure to check if your health is in perfect order.

Are you actually chronicling how many calories you are consuming in a day / in a week? Are you actually listing every food you eat in a day? And your hour walks, tel me more about them? When i was extremely out of shape, it took me about an hour to do 2.5 miles, which is OK for the bare minimum amount of exercise you need to maintain good cardiovascular health, but not great for weight loss. If I were you, i would aim for atleast 10-20,000 steps a day everyday or atleast 5 miles worth of walking.

But then you have to account for the fact that your body will adapt to an exercise regimen after so long of doing it, so you will have to change it up to keep your progress maximally efficient. For that i would suggest the same amount of miles in hiking, or double the amount of miles via cycling. Walking different paths, that preferably have slopes and inclines are best, and eventually, try and do some jogging. Push yourself and your cardio until you’re out of breath. Once you’re able to jog, but you can also do that when fast walking, and it won’t be so bad on your joint health.

To me, I question if you are really committing to an all in weight loss plan and lifestyle change, but it’s certainly possible as other anons have said that there’s some underlying medical issue or thyroid problem. Wouldn’t hurt to see a doctor about it, even if you didn’t have a medical reason, a doctor or could prescribe an appetite suppressant to help lose weight.

Also keep in mind, if you’re a fat fuck, with a lot of calories to burn off, you don’t have to eat everyday, and you could even shoot for trying to consume more than 800-1000 calories for a week(s)

cut out carbs (sugar) and sodium (makes you retain water). Focus on eating meat(unprocessed) and eggs and good fats like unsalted butter + seafood if you like that. Cut out sugary yogurt and take a probiotic pill instead.

Is it possible you're retaining water? People who don't eat enough protein can get that problem.

start eating only once per day. if you can manage, dont eat anything at all, except water with vitamins, water with minerals, tea without sugar.

in the morning you can eat quark with 1-2 tea spoons raw honey and fruits///tea with 1tea sp raw honey
for dinner good big healthy meal, self prepared.
afternoon/evening tea with honey//raw yoghurt with raw honey///raw milk warmed up alittle, not boiled, with raw honey.
remember to drink lots of water, tea and water with electrolytes/high quality mineral fizzy tablets.

they had a study/experiment on fatso americans, where they were in a hospital and only given an IV bag with minerals/electrolytes and water and they lost their weight in mere months back to a healthy level.
