I have adhd and an anxiety disorder, which basically made lesson really fucking hard for me, including studying. But I still managed to study and pass my classes.

Nowadays with meds, I barely give a shit enough to study, and the classes that I do pass is because it's online or because the professors are lax on grading. I don't have a drive, nor do I feel any sort of panic, just a dull obligation

I did the same in the past, but I still managed to pass, despite studying then walking in circles for 45 minutes.

Why am I regressing? The ADHD meds help me act like a normie and the anxiety meds keep me calm. And I don't want to waste more money failing a class just to "test" it and I already saw a psychiatrist who didn't know jack shit so I don't want to waste money on one again.

Digital detox. Take a year out for mental health and go do a silent retreat or something.
