Psychopathy means you cannot conceptualize long-term actions or goals, only short-term ones. Psychopathy is when you only care about stimulation and satisfaction RIGHT NOW. And you will do whatever it takes to get what you want, including but not limited to fucking others over. Psychopaths don't mind using other living human beings to get what they want if the situation calls for it. They may use other people maliciously or indifferently or even beneficially (see: surgeons, most of them are on the psychopathy spectrum). Sadists and sadism is what makes someone malignant. Psychopathy is neutral. Chances are you got dissociation from something. Common cause: (c)PTSD. Trauma will numb and kill emotions in you as a form of protection to keep you sane and from mental breakdown. This can be put into remission and your emotions restored.
