I've been putting off actively applying for the job I want because let me tell you if I'm rejected by virtually all of them and then it just fizzles into nothing I'm gonna seriously be crushed. Do you have any tips moving forward that aren't "just kys"

You have to do it, anon. You have to apply for the jobs and risk getting ghosted or rejected. Although, before you do, work on your resume. I recommend reading through some of the Reddit questions to HR people, you learn what those fat HR bastards want your resume to look like
