How did anon quit vaping?Smoked for 4 years (half a pack a day), switched to vaping, almost all bad symptoms went away (constant headaches, stomachaches, bad sleep, appetite, etc), so i thought i was good, while in reality, this shit is way more addictive than cigarettes.Quit it for 2 months and surprisingly, had no urges until now. But my life is so incredibly boring and mediocre, that all ive been doing for the last 3 years is vaping and coding, vaping and coding (working remotely). Today the urge hit hard and i gave up, drove to the shop, bought everything i could, took a puff, and had this underwhelming, sad feeling, of how i "lost". How i am such a miserable goycattle bitch, addicted to those petty plastic things chinese kids assemble and brew in their basementsAT LEAST im not drinking/smoking/smoking pot, and thats what im currently coping with. Boy do i wish to wake up a happy person, without thinking of putting anything inside my mouth that isnt food/water, i FUCKING WISH i never took that first cigarette in uni, trying to be a normie, trying to be "like everyone".

Perhaps you have a kind of oral fixation. Besides weaning yourself off nicotine maybe you can chew gum, or on toothpicks, to give your mouth something to do. That helped me
>>34055968when you cut back on nicotine, didnt it physically feel like you just werent getting enough? Because thats exactly what was happening to me, so it turned into nonstop chain vaping (but it was never enough)>>34056081Tried all sorts of replacement fixations but what worked best for me was coffee and snickers bars. I was drinking maybe 6-8 mugs&bars per day. This is not the salvation bc i gained about 6lb in those two months without a vape. Fml. Actual fml.

>>34055855I simply stopped buying cigarettes and e-cigs.Ten years nicotine-free.
