i hope y'all can set aside our differences for this oneCONTENT WARNING: ultimate girlfailure>be me>be 18>unironic diagnosed autism. its level 1 so i dont need therapy or anything, but im the definition of socially retarded>live in a gated community (obviously suburbs)>cant drive>only went to preschool and kindergarten, unschooled after that>never worked a day in my life>uses my moms money to order shit like some snacks and all toiletries every week, usually less than $100>doesnt even know how to apply for a job>nothing to put on a resume>wants a job to pay for my own fucking orders, before my very patient mom rightfully crashes out
Your mom will probably be happy to hear you’re looking for a job and will be willing to drive you to and from it.You’re 18, so your total lack of job experience won’t look bad.Apply to be a cashier at a fast food restaurant, gas station, grocery store or some other retail business. You could also be a stocker or cart wrangler at a grocery store, or you could go be a janitor somewhere.Just look for entry level jobs within driving distance and start filling out applications.Spend less time on 4chan too.
>>34057280thank you!
>>34057293You’re welcome. Don’t say a moid never did anything nice for you.
>>34057260It's good you can budget. You're young so basically just make a resume with your high school or whatever and apply to offices, grocery stores, and restaurants for entry level roles or waitress. You probably don't have a car or east access but your mom will probably help you out with getting one. You're fine.
>>34057280Yeah, bhix.
College.
>>34057260Pretty sure you can get into college but you should at least consider a getting the GED to work for any type of “real” company. Otherwise, you are mostly limited to small local businesses that cannot afford to hardly pay and want to wheel and deal for hours or keep things under the table. Maybe that is what you want.
made a work email and applied for a job as a stocker. if i dont get it, i'll apply for a job as a porter.both of the jobs are a mile away, so i could walk, but i still asked my mom if she'd be willing to drive me and she said "of course!"
>>34060716That's good
Not really advice just wondering. You say you weren't school after kindergarten, how did that happen? Don't you have to be 16 to drop out? I have heard of such a thing for kids who need to do work for their family but that's pretty early. How did you learn to like read and shit then?
