At 28, what should I do to prepare for my 30s? Im a lean (used to jog frequently) weeb, blue collar apprentice virgin that's also into boxing if that matters.

I'm in my early 30's
Whatever you do (job, gf wife or whatnot), remain fit. Will only get harder to get back in shape when you slacked off. Metabolism slows down, so you might have to eat less or work out more.
Sleep changed for me, when I was younger I never had the desire for mid day naps. But might be metabolic syndrome on my end being a fat fuck. When I'm in ketosis I don't become a snorlax intermittently.
