Every year there seems to be a new pain/inflammation in my body.
I was fighting gut inflammation for 2 years
I started getting back and wrist pain which I fixed by doing pullups... Except now I have shoulder impingement and it fucking hurts so bad. I can't even sleep now so I'm just permanently tired

I've reached a point where I just don't know what to do.
I'm so fucking frustrated. I eat healthy (I have to), I do cardio a lot, I (did) do strength training (until my injuries).
Why does it feel like every part of my body is constantly breaking down???

Eat meat, raw. I had stomach pain almost daily in my youth bc my parents forced me to eat trash I didnt like and drink this stupid vegetable drinks with pieces inside.
Ever since I can decide for myself what to eat, and I only eat meat and sweets, Ive never had stomach pain again. And no diarrhea either, which I had like twice a year back then.
