Every year there seems to be a new pain/inflammation in my body.I was fighting gut inflammation for 2 yearsI started getting back and wrist pain which I fixed by doing pullups... Except now I have shoulder impingement and it fucking hurts so bad. I can't even sleep now so I'm just permanently tiredI've reached a point where I just don't know what to do.I'm so fucking frustrated. I eat healthy (I have to), I do cardio a lot, I (did) do strength training (until my injuries).Why does it feel like every part of my body is constantly breaking down???>inb4 go to a doctorJust assume that I am.What I want is prevention so I don't have to go through all this shit...
