Even if they are the biggest hermit in the world before/during/after a relationship, people need time to process and heal. I think certain activities are more incel adjacent than others though. Example, if a guy spent half a year in his house doing nothing but watching tv, he's gonna be in worse off shape than some guy who spent 2 years after his relationship visiting his family and travelling the world. Being truely isolated is what leads to the incel mindset, imo. If you're out with friends, family, etc even when not dating, you won't have that dread plaguing your mind.
