if you still are a person of penis and can stand and pee it just makes logical sense to use the men's restroom given the much higher turnover rate

Use the bathroom you identify yourself in. Just try to be quick, if you're not passoid, it will be dangerous for yourself (And of course, it will be uncomfortable for whoever is using the same bathroom as you. People are still behind on this)
