I think that being obese is just as much of problem as having a porn addiction, or any kind of issue. I'd say if you love someone you will accept that they will have flaws just as anyone does, but also it's our responsibility as people to work on our flaws and grow. If someone is obese and refuses to work on losing the weight, that can be a problem. Not because they can stop 'embarrassing you' but because obesity, like using 4chan, is not conducive to a fulfilling life. Just love her and judge her less. But, it is okay if you want at some point maybe to encourage her to become more fit, not to meet a standard, but so that she might live a more fulfilling life, a suggestion made with love. Anyone could stand to do the same with some quality in their own life. Most people have the advantage of being able to hide their flaws.
