That's bullshit, OP, and a very childish way to view the world. We're all cattle. The only difference between any of us is that we take all different paths to finding contentedness in this absolute cosmic satire that is existence. The thing that connects all of us across space and time is that nobody lives in your head but you. You are a unique being across trillions of light years that has never and will never exist again. The only person who will ever understand what your fears, joys, desires or regrets feel like is you. Who the fuck is anybody to tell someone else that their internal experience of happiness in their mind is less valuable? Being alive is difficult. Scrounging together happiness is even more difficult. I commend anybody who manages to find any measure of peace in this life. If eating, sleeping and fucking is what helps them understand and appreciate their existence I'm nowhere near wise enough or important enough to tell them that their life isn't good enough.
