How fast does food digest for you?
If you poop in the morning do you poop out dinner from last night?
If you poop at evening/night Do you ever see a meal coming out the same day you ate it?
And what did you eat when these situations happens.

If you eat meals with meat and meals without meat, how fast does you digest each compared to the other? What about days where you don’t eat meat at all.

I’m vegetarian and can’t make that comparison. But I’ve noticed that if I poop at evening/night time I’ll end up shitting out what I ate for breakfast and lunch. This is annoying because Sometimes lunch is not fully digested(?) , like a mix between 5 and 6 on the chart.
The consistency of stool for me seems to affected by fiber intake, but the exit time doesn’t (or at least not as much).
I suspect I have digestive issues unrelated to my diet, but that’s not confirmed.

all out in the morning

Also does the end of your poop log look different to the start? How different? Use the scale in OP to help describe .

Guy who suffers from a bowel disease so I know a thing or three about digestion, the following info may be useful:
>Once chewed and swallowed, food starts leaving the stomach almost immediately, and it may take 2 to 4 hours to fully vacate the stomach depending on what was eaten.
>Then typically takes 7 +/- 1 hour for your food to transverse the small intestine and then enter your colon
>Once in your colon it usually takes 40 to 60 additional hours to pass through, but if you're experiencing forms of diarrhea it can obviously be much faster. Your colon is only like 5ft long so if food wants to get out, it can shoot out in minutes.

Sounds to me like you're having issues and you suspect that both food choice might be an issue as well as a possible underlying digestive issue?
