I came home for winter break and it's proving to be a major mistake. I have no car, this state fucking sucks, I have no video games, literally nothing. I'm just sitting in bed and watching reels. This is utterly terrible and I have 3 weeks of it. What the fuck can I do?

Go out and have New England street adventures. Go grab a HOT REGULAH from Dunkies and prowl the street.
Find some percs or other back pain medication to pop.
Go to a local college campus or library to loiter in a hoodie and hat.
Walk to the local BAH and get shitfaced while complaining about Pats trades.
