My mom divorced her ex husband (step dad to me) of 12 years. So basically her ex is still messaging me asking about her. I honestly don't care about him. But I can't just tell him to shut up and leave me alone. What do I do?
>>34069293Calling your father "her ex' is wild
>>34069293After 12 years of him being your dad, you seriously feel nothing for him?
>>34069337>>34069342Why do you guys assume he was a kid
>>34069337>>34069342Just because the guy married his mom doesn't make him OP's father. You have to earn that spot and it sounds like this beta deadbeat didn't.That said, OP's mom is also a stupid cunt. Two divorces? Yikes.
>>34069391>>34069401I just assumed that if this man was his father figure for over a decade that he had some kind of imprint in OP's life. Maybe he's not exactly a father, but he didn't exactly tell us anything to let us know whether this guy is a good person or a shit person. He didn't say what his relationship is with his biological father at all. Considering that he's posting here, I don't exactly imagine that he's in his 40s. I imagine that he did it to some capacity, grow up with this guy as his father figure, especially since the guy is close enough to him to still be texting him.
>>34069434I >>34069401 am 33 and I still post hereBeen doing it for 13 years now, don't see myself stopping soon
>>34069434You just assumed THAT he was his father figure and avoided my question so you could rant some more, fuck
>>34069293>But I can't just tell him to shut up and leave me alone.Yes you can.
>>34069445But why wouldn't I assume that?>>3406944121 is still young enough to appreciate a man in a father figure position, unless this is step daddy #4 or they barely interacted with him.
>>34069434>I don't exactly imagine that he's in his 40s.You don't have a very good imagination. Some of us here are in our 60's.
