Mouth gaurd 100%

Get a lil vat of solution to put it in, idk what the stuff is called but definitely do it. You only want to grind on work hours, not on sleep hours.

Be sufficient in vitamins D3+K2 because they repair teeth. Boron (Borax Conspiracy) and magnesium are also important.
