if you're going into college JUST for the degree, then no, it isn't worth it.
Some degrees are still valuble but they are NOT a guarantee of a good job or career, and not worth the 3+ or whatever years you're gonna spend on them.
If you're actually looking to learn some things, meet pepole, get certs, involve yourself in the academic social life, then yeah, I'd say it's worth. But keep in mind you're gonna need to put in extra effort, and even then it depends on the college
