I've had a lot of fights with my family bc they act like it's their mission in life to keep me boring like them. They wouldn't let me date any of the guys I liked because they were "bad influences" and kept trying to make me meet guys at their church.So I moved out. My dad won't let me take my car (which he gave me for my 16th birthday but kept the title in his name) unless I agree to wear a promise ring.I don't have any plans on wearing a promise ring but I do need the car. If I take the deal but he finds out I didn't stick to the promise ring could he take my car back?
