Then she creates a massive list of lies about me to give to cps.this made me leave their lives for what i thought was forever, then i tried one more time and she accused me of molesting them because they were too happy around me. she didnt tell anyone this, but this made me fear for my safety.shes a paranoid schizophrenic. do you think this is worth dealing with for the rest of my life, or should i do everything i can to stay away. I do believe it will continue if i go back because she gets jealous and angry.

>>34075014Hey. I've had related experiences and hear ya loud and clear. CPS and the family courts are like a lunatic asylum. The corruption and helplessness when find yourself falsely accused is debilitating. I think what you should do is make a long-term plan to be back with your children. You need a very long paper trail admissible in court. Stay in touch with the mom, ask her how the kids are doing, what they need, what events they have going on. Create this very long paper trail for judge/lawyer. Keep your records organized and keep building your case for custody. When you feel ready to argue your case that you meet the "best interests of the child" in legal definition then take her to court for custody. Pay a lawyer if you can but choose one wisely.
