I'm too depressed to wake up early, even if I get enough sleep. It works when I set an alarm clock, but I'd like to be able to naturally wake up after 8-9 hours of sleep. But I always end up sleeping for 14+ hours whenever I attempt this, because I will wake up, realize I wish I was asleep because I don't want to deal with the world, take advantage of my drowsiness and force myself back to sleep. How do I break this cycle?
