Simple things like eating (when? how? what?) can be very different between cultures. Another example is how present parents are in your adult life. Or even the concept of dating - most cultures see it as leading directly to marriage, not the substitue for marriage it is in the west. I’m marrying an Asian girl (Thai). I can say culture differences aren’t important if they aren’t radically different than your own. Things like food, etc are completely fine and something you get used to. Families will always pick their own’s side. That has nothing to do with culture differences.All of that being said, I think Indians have one of the worst and wildest cultural norms. However she is a single mother and Indian society itself is extremely patriarchal. A man marrying an Indian woman will likely not have many problems dealing with the culture and her family will afford you a lot of respect because you’re marrying their single mother daughter.Don’t listen to the perma virgins complaining about how you can only have kids with a white woman.
