Constantly tired, despite getting 10 hours of sleep every night with good schedule. I do intense workout two evenings a week after work, plus chill exercise on saturdays. for the most part I eat well (mostly eat fish and red meat, eating veggies but could eat more I guess). Minimal stress, happy life.

But - I'm always so tired. Like, extreme tired. To the point where I even get dizzy. Yesterday I literally collapsed asleep on the couch for an extra 3 hours in the middle of the day (wtf??)

I'm worried it could be something bad. Have had two incidents this year where I've had my whole skull feel like sudden pins and needles - first time (april) hospitalised overnite and drs did nothing about it and literally gave up. second time (two weeks ago) did nothing (because they did nothing last time) and I felt like i was on the verge of what I'd imagine an epileptic fit would feel like for hours (but didn't happen), tried to nap it off but it didnt go away until the next day.

Booked a doctor's appt for next Monday, but, a bit worried in the meantime. What does his holiness Doctor 4troon MD think?

it shouldn't take that long,
how many pushups can you do
Have you tried Carnivore and Keto or Vegetarianism
Have you tried fasting
Have you heard of the term 'Antioxidants': Garlic, Olive oil, Blueberries and such
Have you heard of the term 'Psychosomatism': so fear and anxiety and such ,stress causing the physical issue
Have you tried cold showers

10 hours of sleep a night sounds too much. If nothing else is the problem like sleep apnea then you might actually get more tired by getting 10 hours than you would be by 7-8 hours.

cheers Shrek (never thought i'd get adv from ye olde swamp). thank you for the reply. Probably youre right re: the T imbalance, I'm ftm troon, so that's probably contributing to the issue big time. i'll mention it to the doc. antioxidants are fine, no major stressors very happy, and dont goon too much. tried carnivore previously and fasting (but in the latter case probably didnt space it properly). have been considering keto but not done it yet, maybe I'll take the plunge?

a cold shower sounds really good right about now to be honest!
