I've never had anyone tell me I stink and I stay on top of my hygiene, brush my teeth twice a day, floss, etc but sometimes I get paranoid about whether I might stink regardless. I use antiperspirant deodorant, but it doesn't stop me from sweating (even if I put it on the night before + reapply in the morning) and the pits of my shirt still end up smelling of BO if I give em a whiff at the end of the day.And I fear I have bad breath on top of it, I have what looks like a tonsil stone at the back of my throat that's been there for months now. I've gargled with salt water, used different types of mouthwash, poked and prodded it, but it won't budge. And it hasn't gone away on its own.The weirdest issue is my scalp. Often when I scratch my scalp I notice a strange odor idk how to describe it. I wash my hair daily and make sure to scrub my scalp, but sometimes it still smells funky even freshly washed.Basically I'm concerned I'm walking around smelling gross despite my best efforts. Should I ask people if I stink? Or should I stop worrying about it and assume someone would have told me by now?
>>34079225You should ask a small number of people you are close to and trust if you stink
>>34079225u should go see a dentist about it
>>34079225>tonsil stoneChlorhexidine mouthwash kills that>I'm concerned I'm walking around smelling gross despite my best efforts. When you get home, leave your dirty clothes in un-ventilated room with the windows closed. Leave the room, close the door, then come back after an hour. If the room or your clothes smell awful, then you stink.
>>34079935This unironically but don't use it constantly it causes certain proteins to decompose which discolor teeth after excessive use AND you can get some mushroom infection from it as it disrupts the natural biome like a brownish dark film but this resolves quickly and is harmless. Good drug gets most shit in check
