As much as the medical industry is ripping you off there is something for keeping you at a consistent and measurable hydration level
Most hospital fluids like juices, soups and milk have dissolved sugars and fats that make them more likely to be diuretic or at least isotonic. Whereas if you're just gulping as much water as you want your blood chemistry is going to be all over the place

Ey man, got a question. Does Eliquis cause you to be dizzy and nauseous as one of its side effects? My doctors denied that it does that even though I never felt dizzy and nauseous before I started taking it.

I didn't make it far enough along into my pre-med major to know for sure but Eliquis appears to be an anti-coagulant, and anything that thins your blood will make it flow faster since coagulation depends on a myriad of different things. Also if it has any similar mechanisms to NSAIDs then it will hurt your stomach, Bring these issues up specifically to your doctor.
