I have found myself lonely recently. Not because I have no friends but because I had to focus more on my career and creative hobbies recently. My friends just want to play video games all the time, legit 8-10 hours of shit like ark survival a day while I want to create. But things like art, film making, game dev, writing etc are solitary hobbies. where do I meet like minded people and is it too late, im 25 and live in the middle of no where. I love my friends but I dont want to play vidya all day anymore

OP, you gotta be open-minded. I'm best friends with a guy whose in a trailer home and he's a hell of a lot cooler than these fucking hipsters who play games with me in how they communicate. I see through their behavior and see a frightened child in them. If you got friends willing to hang out with you, stick with them. They have balls and will teach you humility. Some rich piece of shit who just wants to pretend being happy with you and can't take negativity is not someone to be around with.
