hi i posted 3 really long posts with shit formatting under a week ago here and didn't get any responses.where would one get life advice from that isn't here (most posts on /advice/ feels like some weird ragebait/doomer post or oo i like boobies ooo) or reddit (i dont want to ask redditors for life advice, same also kinda applies) . i tried talking to all the people i know in real life but nothing really helped. i saw some helplines but i think they are mostly for people are about to jump off of a building or shoot themselves, not really relevant to my situation. asking here seems pointless too but ive been stuck in my head for too long so whatever. maybe one of you was lurking and remember me - i used this fallout ghoul image for that post too. maybe im just asking shit questions? im not really sure what to ask though

I went to uni for comp sci for a year but hated it (rotted in my room after 5 months and waited to be kicked out) and was really paranoid about being unemployed/underemployed after finishing. I worked retail for 1.5 years so thats only experience so far. Ive skimmed through all careers on our national careers in my country and tried doing some googling for the stuff that interested me but all of it doesnt seem that great one way or another (salary is shit, too competitive to get into, just dont have the skills for it, hours too long, etc..) . I have no skills currently, I have had some hobbies outside of work but all of it is stuff I couldn't really focus on or did well at (art, martial arts, gym, programming - thats not really alot i know, but most hobbies seem boring and its hard to start one right now because of the dread of doing nothing). tried looking at volunteering opportunities or work exp but most volunteering work around me seems to be warehouse/retail work for charity shops, and work exp is mostly for undergrads or people in high school. Careers tests on the internet suck balls, I wish there was one in real life that actually assessed your skills or something instead of being a multiple choice questions. I don't think entry level jobs are possible with my shit cv and the 1 year gap as well, nor have i even wanted to apply for anything at all to be honest. I had more on my post last time

You can meet them for free in many places.and they suck balls, ive been to them twice. they arent helpful at all... you need like a shitty 1 year qualification to become one and the pay is shit so im sure most of the people that become careers counselors are mostly people who couldnt make it in whatever they originally wanted to do
