>have goal that's almost impossible to achieve >structure my life around achieving it >yet still subconsciously doubt myself Whenever I physically dream about having what I want, I end up not getting out of bed and entering multiple mini naps in order to continue the dream for as long as I can. Once a week I spend like 12-15 hours sleeping at once, and it's ruining my circadian rhythm and I'm wasting way too much time of my life.
>>34144778While I haven't had issues wanting to stay in dreams longer, I have had issues of wanting to stay asleep longer.1. If you have any pains in your body, like your back being sore, make sure to get those fixed or minimized. Pain makes you want to sleep in.2. Get an alarm clock that is extremely difficult to turn off without getting out of bed. Set your alarms on your phone/alarm clock/whatever and place it on the opposite side of your room at full blast. When you wake up, it'll force you to get out of bed to turn it off, which should make you awake enough to not return to sleep.3. Drink water right when you go to bed and right you wake up. Keep a big bottle of cold water at your bedside. Drinking water before you sleep will make you want to pee when you wake up, which should force you out of bed to the bathroom. And drinking cold water in the morning is a good refresher from the temperature difference, and generally is a good idea to stay hydrated.
