Your height is 99% genetics and surgery will only make it worse. However, I know only of one way and that is to have a proper regular diet as a kid. Late onset puberty also helps but comes with other side effects which is arguably worse.

are you unathletic? if so, pull ups and compound lifts will give you an extra inch of height if you're an adult

if you are very young as in underage sub 15 you can probably be taller by eating better. You can also appear taller by having better posture. Real height increase is surgery only, which is expensive and often cripples you. Height is not even that important anyway.
