(The photo shows my forearm) I have problems with self-harm, without even noticing it. I'm just sitting watching some video and my hand subconsciously reaches under my shirt to pop or try to squeeze out pimples that aren't even visible (small blackheads and a little subcutaneous fat). It's really hard to tear myself away from it, and I don't do it out of self-hatred or to deliberately harm myself, but it irritates me immensely. It really interferes with wearing a May dress or anything sleeveless. Most often, I just tell people that I have skin problems, and that's why I have these scars. I saw a psychologist, there were no problems, and I feel great. I also have a problem with biting my lip (a spot darker than the lip itself has already appeared on it from frequent injury), but I found a way to avoid this by constantly applying lipstick. And in the case of my shoulder, I don't even know what to do.
