i really wanna loose body fat really fast do you guys think that daily jogging could help and if so i would should i jog for on a daily basis and any other things to do

Cardio will help, but combine it with a keto diet. That means avoiding carbs so your body is forced to process fats. Downsides are that you will feel like crap and you'll smell weirdly fruity

Okay listen up faggot, I’m 6’6. I went from 300 pounds to 200 pounds in 2 months and 25 days. (45 pounds a month). I did it through extreme fasting and light cardio. People were amazed. I was finally skinny. I then trained for 6 months to get amazing abs and pretty big biceps.

I don't think starving is the way to go, it'll be much harder psychologically than other options and you'll lose muscle mass. You should be in a calorie deficit, tho, just not an insane one

Well, you can't. There is no biological mechanism by which that can happen. The absolute theoretical limit to what you can lose is about 2lb of fat a week; if you try to burn more than that, your body will simply start burning up your muscles, then your liver, kidneys, heart, gut and brain, and you'll die while still obese.

ALL "quick" diets yo-yo back the minute you stop. The only way to lose (and that's the way you spell it, by the way) fat and keep it off is a slow diet, aiming for no more than 1-2 pounds a week. The simplest way to do that is to eat what you normally eat, but less - one sandwich rather than two, no second helpings, etc.

It will help but only if your diet is solid. I lost about 60 pounds over less than a year from mostly dieting. Exercise sometimes gave a boost sometimes not. I did zero jogging, but did some walking/hikes before it got too cold.
