Drugs are baindaide solutions for things we desire, but take the drug away and that desire comes right back in full force. Men use porn because it's an easy fast substitute for sex with women, which our brains crave constantly and endlessly.Still though, attempting to fill that dopamine void... there is of course a real relationship with a girl and actual sex. That will fill a decent amount of the void, but you'll still crave porn, just not as much (Also, that will take time and be difficult).Other stuff like career, hobbies, religion/philosophy, exercise, and competitive sport can also help fill that void. You want to try to fill that void as much as you can. Sadly, that void left by quitting porn will never go away no matter how well you fill it, nor will the craving of it go away. Porn left a permanent mark on your brain, and it's omnipresence in our society and ease of access will test you forever. However, it's just whether the craving of it will be small enough for you to ignore the rest of your life or not. Some men succeed at that, others might want to compromise and accept that occasional porn use, but train themselves down to a minimal level with normal non degenerate content.

It's why if you ever have a son, you need to try to not expose him to it at all and instead push him to meet actual girls. The earlier you are exposed to porn, the deeper it sets its teeth into you, and the stronger its effects will be on you.
