I have Crohn’s disease and it also comes with chronic fatigue. I went to my gastroenterologist because of the fatigue, and he gave me various vitamin injections, but honestly, they didn’t help. The people around me are also completely ununderstanding and don’t allow me to take naps. So… how do I deal with this? Any ideas? So far I’ve tried caffeine, but my Crohn’s really doesn’t tolerate it, so that’s not a solution either.

I also have Crohns.

Is your disease under control with a biologic? If not, get on them, they work like magic once you find the right one.

When you say you've tried caffeine, do you mean a cup of shitty coffee, or do you mean clean caffeine pills (extended release or blended with l-theanine).

Get your disease under control and things will fall into place, promise-skis
