I am a victim of gangstalking, I don't feel like my life is in danger or anything.

Just give me the benefit of the doubt, my monitor kept flickering randomly for some time and I don't know if it's bugged on the inside of the pc or if there's some virus in the form of a program, cause I had no password up until now.

I don't believe that the government is following me or anything, but some people I've known from way before are messing with me when I'm out, it's very clear and I'm not being a schizo about it. I am going to a proper shrink btw

Like I said, if I'm bugged it's not government grade, but someone skilled might have bugged me with a home-made setup

I know the premise is insane, but how do assess my pc problem?

Bro, describe the flickering on your monitor (or post a picture/video).
Describe the type of harassment people are giving you.

PC turns on, but monitor won't turn on, but if I try to turn on the monitor with a laptop it works

Do you have a discrete graphics card in your computer?
If your computer has a dedicated graphics card, the monitor cable should be connected to its ports (usually located horizontally below), not to the motherboard ports (located vertically above). If you connect to the motherboard with a graphics card installed, there may be no signal.

when you hear hoof beats think horses not unicorns.

your monitor, cable, or video card has a problem.

Hey man, I really hope so, but I am also a victim of intimidation 100%, no point of going into details, anyways I will try some other monitor with a new cable.

'Fess up. You've been going outside without the tinfoil hat again, haven't you?

It's a pretty straightforward thread I made, buddy, I asked a very specific question.
My life isn't in danger and it's not government, it's just whoever in my local area trying to play police or something, I went from a teen to a young adult here and the wiki for schizophrenia perfectly describes my development.

I just need to go outside more and this shit will all go away. People don't even recognise each other if their mood is different from the last time they've seen each other.

no you aren't SHUT THE FUCK UP!

You are a victim of not taking your meds
>>

That's funny man, but why is it so unbelievable that out of all instances of schizos talking about gangstalking, one special one might be onto something. It's been 3 days or something since I made the thread, and like I mentioned previously whoever was following me got bored and yesterday I was at the shrink and didn't even take the meds he recommended and don't feel the tension, cause weirdos aren't following me anymore.

If you feel so normal and completely untouchable see what happens if you live without a job and completely isolate yourself from any socium for 4-5 years. Anyway I got myself a new hdmi and thank god, I think it fixed the issue I had.

Why would anyone go through the trouble to bug your computer? You sound like the world's least interesting person.

yes anon there is a conspiracy aiming at turning you PC screen off. This is indeed intolerable bullying and does not seem like you are having mental issues at all.

you cannot do anything because they will follow you everywhere and nobody will believe you. also obviously i'm one of them.

so just go on with your life and try to not think too much about it.

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and just give you the tech advice.

Get a new hard drive and start with a fresh install of Windows. Unplug your internet ethernet cable during install and select local account in the bottom left after keyboard selection do not sign into a Microsoft account when installing Windows, keep it a local account.

Don't use your old data. If you have things that are important transfer them to an external hard drive, USB stick and scan those individual files for virus using malwarebytes. If you are still iffy on the files themselves upload them to a cloud service like Google drive and only access them through Google drive such as viewing the photos in the web browser and editing documents from the web browser. Copying the contents from the doc into another doc on the web browser and then downloading the new doc deleting the old.
Do not use OneDrive because it syncs with your PC and will download the infected files locally automatically and you can't really disable that easily because it happens automatically if you sign into a Microsoft account on your PC.

You could choose not to use your old data from the original hard drive. If you don't use that data then the only thing that could get you is a rootkit virus which embeds in the motherboard. If that's the case then you need to replace them other board first then the fresh hard drive

Your CPU and RAM are fine

You also want to get rid of all the other hard drives that are plugged into the PC, all the USB sticks and external drives you have used with that PC. You'll want to get a new phone and start fresh with no carried data over. If Android don't let Google restore data from other device, you'll want to go in the cloud first and wipe that out before you set up

If the extreme make a chicken wire fencing in an area of your home to enter and seal behind you and access your electronic wire will block all wireless signal so devices are completely offline
>>
By the way most likely the flickering on the monitor is a video driver issue. Make a system restore point. Ddu in safe mode and reinstall your video driver
