When I was six years old, a friend of my uncle gave me an iPod nano 3rd generation with music pre-loaded on it. There were 1497 songs, some were family friendly but others had sexually explicit lyrics that bordered on pornographic. This negatively affected me growing up.I need to sue the person who gave me this iPod for negligently exposing me to pornography. I have contacted a few lawyers but they all turned me down. I need help getting compensation.
