What do I do when I find out that the person that cared about me actually doesn't care about me at all and was only pretending to care?

Because people get tired, people get bored, people get moody, people get hungry, people get sleepy, human emotion isn't static. At some point the human will be in a moment of not caring, which is okay, but they also know they need to still be there for their loved one so what they do is they will pretend to care when actually they feel upset or angry or whatever. And they do this not to fool or lie, but to live up to the responsibility of being a dependable person.
