Title. I’ve been working a server for a few years and I’m thinking of looking into becoming a bartender. I was originally in school for EMT/fire fighting but I realized I’m too stupid and too much of a pussy to pass the NREMT (government issued EMT final exam) so I’m looking into other career paths. Bartending seems like a good way to make money and seems more respectable than serving so I’m thinking of doing that.I just need enough money to pay my rent. I’m never going to have a wife or children so I don’t need to worry about that, I just need enough money to pay my bills every month. Anyone got any advice/recommendations?
bartending isnt a career unless you're an alcoholic but its an alright in-between job
>>34205218Is it enough to support myself? Like I said I only need to pay my own bills I won’t be having a wife or family or anything

>>34204978It has limited opportunities for career growth. Please think of this while considering bartending as a career.
>>34205315You gotta give us a ballpark of what your costs are. Personally, minimum wage is already more than enough for me since I live in a cheap area.
