Seriously how the fuck do I not lose and forget things anymore? God knows how many times I've left my phone at the gym, how many times I've forgot something important. I've had this issue my whole life, I swear now is the last fucking time and then boom next week I forget something again. I genuenly just don't understand how it happens and I feel it happens more to me than others.

because other people learn from their mistakes and try not to repeat it.
easiest thing is to add another thing to your checklist ex:
- prepare for training
- train
- shower
- dress
- check if all your stuff is packed

I repeat " keys, wallet, phone" everytime I exit/enter somewhere normally

This and patdowns for your most important things is what I do as well

Checklists. Even - or maybe especially - normies do this.

I don't go shopping without a list. I've got a card pasted to the inside of my door saying Keys/Wallet/ etc
