31 Male in Arizona, diagnosed from a neuropsychiatrist, I got a full report and everything as proof.
How can I take advantage of this?
Is it even worth it to try and get government benefits or go full NEET for a while?
How the hell does disability work?
I'm an average looking normal white guy, not fat.

I got a bachelors degree in IT right after high school because I didn't know what I was doing. Did get a helpdesk job and short term work doing web stuff and javascript. Nothing new for 2 years now.

I don't think I want to learn more programming in this job market dealing with ai slop.
I can draw okay, but not fast enough to compete.
The only jobs I can find are warehouses nearby that need database and excel tasks.

What now anons?

Also I can still live with parents, I'll probably have to ask them to hold on to my money if that's a problem.

Get on bennies and do what I did: get a job that doesn’t pay minimum wage but you trade it by having lax hours and days. I get to work an easy job and get my Bennies, and I don’t go over enough to lose them. It’s bussing (the job not zoomer slang). Then I would invest your money in VOO on the stock market and hold for more than 3 decades at least, to start. I would have said physical gold and silver to you as well but that’s gone up insane numbers the past few weeks to you missed that train.

There is a job I can get within walking distance that isn't retail.
I guess I can endure that long term if I don't have to drive through traffic while tired on a regular basis.

I don't know what's going to happen by the end of the year, maybe the safe bet is to just stick with something and invest any money I can?

Most autistic people are capable of working and therefore can't claim disability.

Hi I'm not in the US but I'm autistic and on autism Bux, if youre looking to get on them it depends on your level mainly. what were you diagnosed with?

Autism and ADHD they said. Nothing weird.
Haven't talked about medications yet, might not bother with them.

They do want me to get a sleep study and ask about a cpap machine, wondering what I can do with that?

>take advantage

You should probably secure ADHD meds first, that's a more devastating problem. Think about the 'tism later.

Just a word of caution - keep that diagnosis for yourself. This js a very ableist and harsh society that don't like people who feel like a burden. They associate autists with bubbling retards.

Discuss this only with your psychologists and psychiatrist.
