Where does one go to make online friends?
>>
i want internet whores to send me nudes so how do i obtain them anons
>>
>>34207065
i think you can find them on discord, just enter some servers that seem like they can have them, or you can dm some models online that talk about sending nudes
>>
>>34206982
you can enter communities that line up with your interests and comment on different threads, don't be shy and i hope you get some friends, you got this anon :]
>>
>>34207105
discord fucking sucks ass
maybe there are decent servers out there but every one I've ever tried to join is just full of the most insufferable retards imaginable
>>
>>34207141
true, I don't use discord much and I wouldn't know much about this, sorry :[
>>
>>34207065
I get matched on tinder and then they send me to snapchat where i sext and they send nudes and then pitch their onlyfans.
>>
>>34206982
i was wondering the same thing. I had a great online friend group between 2015-2022 but they all drifted away and now i'm back to being alone. i met them by pure luck

me too, i ran an online movie-streaming group from imgur and made a couple friends that way. but of course its online only so it was fickle friendships. I would always advertise that it was starting soon by using disney channel movie gifs I altered and it'd draw a random crowd to a chat
ah, it was fun. where did my old internet go.

Get real friends irl, it's much more fulfilling.
>>
>>34206982
Just go and talk to ai roleplay models
>>
>>34209523
honestly i would at this point if there was an actual point to it like they could ever connect you with others or go to events or help you get laid or jobs or something. AI is doing better at being a person than most people now.

>online friends
There is no such thing, and I won't read delusional threads.
>>
>>34206982
So here's the thing
It used to be reddit was a good place for this
Now it's dead
Along with the rest of the internet
You can sometimes get added by someone nice/interesting off soc, but boy. Most of the time you will feel like a desperate beggar, even if you do end up getting online pussy. You ask yourself in the end, what am I doing with my time?

I'm speaking as a professional e hookup guy unfortunately. I really recommend doing irl.

I didn't learn those skills, and now I'm just lonely af, but you know what, at least I don't have to subject myself to some bullshit. The people I meet irl give me respect and it feels good.

I'm hoping a woman will come along eventually

Unironically discord.
Join a discord of things that interests you.
If you like a certain streamer, join their discord if they have one. If there's games you like, you can join their discords and fancords. There's a discord for everything.

Don't do this, there's always some girls sucking up all the attention being whores and they're usually minors with mental issues and the path to doing something illegal from there is very short. Don't do it.
It's like hanging out with scout girls all day alone, unsupervised. Just don't. Go outside

>Where does one go to make online friends?
Discord. I’ve made a lot of friends in language-learning Discord servers. I’m aware that many of these friendships will eventually fade, and we’re not especially close, mostly because of the language barrier. Still, the polyglot community is quite small, so you end up running into the same people across multiple language-learning servers, and even servers that aren't related to that.

What becomes clear over time is that most online friendships are structured around shared momentum rather than deep attachment. People meet because they are learning the same language at the same moment in their lives, not because their paths are meant to run together for long. When motivation shifts or routines change, the connection naturally thins out.

What remains is a kind of soft continuity. You recognize names, remember past conversations, exchange brief updates. The friendship does not deepen, but it does not disappear either. Its value lies less in permanence and more in the fact that, for a short while, two trajectories happened to intersect.

In my experience that's not the case at all.
Maybe it's just the communities I join.

That criticism is partially true, but it misses the point of the question. Yes, online spaces can attract attention seeking behavior, and yes, that can be uncomfortable or distracting. The correct response to that, however, is not hostility neither committing something morally questionable, but distance and basic respect. You uphold your own moral values, interact appropriately, and move on.

Still, saying “go outside” is not an answer to the question that was asked. It’s a deflection. The question was objectively about how to make online friends, not whether offline relationships are better. Of course going outside is generally healthier, but that does not invalidate online friendships or the reality that many people, for various reasons, socialize digitally.

You can acknowledge the flaws of online spaces while still answering honestly. Pretending the question does not exist because you dislike the medium is just avoiding the discussion altogether.

Have to agree it's like walking into a pool of fluoride and drinking until you die.

Better at telling you what you want to hear and not having its own needs maybe
>>
>>34206982
X (formerly twitter app), you can have mutuals and try to know thems and met thems, it's a hit or miss and not guaranted that work everytime but it feel more natural than reddit or discord for me

No it's not that, it's the high IQ of it. The effort. Talking to AI is like talking to the average person of the past who cared but could also be wrong sometimes. Talking to "real" people online is now similar to cavemen communicating in grunts. Even here, its all 1 or 2 line answers from their phone that don't really inform anything or boil down to some flavor of "it works for me sucks to suck"

in this entire thread lasting 2 days OP hasn't gotten a single answer where else to try to make online friends. he's been told go outside or go to discord. not where on discord, just "discord/X". the number one chat apps everyone knows. even 4chan has gone from knowledgeable outcast wizard nerds to normie genz retards.

AI at least is the culmination of talking to the people from the past with answers to all the questions that have already been asked and answered, refined to their specific scenarios. Sadly, it's not real. This is real.
