i dont know how to talk to girls

i never learned to flirt and anytime a girl shows interest in me i dont just not know what to do, it also makes me extremely uncomfortable and i avoid them even if im attracted to them

how is someone my age meant to learn this if i never learned it in school

This is not a perfect answer, but it works.

Forget they're girls. Treat them like a guy you've just met and might become friends with. Get to know each other in a non-romantic way first. If there's any kind of spark simmering, it will come out eventually, when you're more comfortable with each other

Strangely, that's probably the most solid advice. Being honest and straightforward allows you to skip 99.2% percent of mind games and having to study body language & signalling, ... , etc. All boring and pointless wordland soup.

What's so hard about: "Hey, I like you. Would you like to go on a date with me?" If you get a no, that's fine. Sure, being rejected sucks, but it's not the end of the world. And besides, your friends might pay dividends sooner or later. So don't sleep on them.

Ive had a lot of female friends. I was never shown any fsigns of attraction, and ESPECIALLY ndver did they hint at or bring up the subject of introducing me to some of their female friends. It's way more distressing being friends with girls and normies than eith other virgin incels. With a group of incels, it's always chill, you're hanging out playing board games and stuff. With the normie friend group i'm always the 5th or 7th wheel, they are talking about relationship shit and stuff and i am completely out of my depth and uncomfortable.

as a girl u rlly just have to be nice and show interest. just be friendly and girls will match the energy. if thats hard for you just ask about her interests bc personally i would love for a guy to ask me about my pasions and stuff. good luck! you seem like a good guy :)

But i'm not, i'm 6'5, jacked from the gym and martial arts and climbing, i have clear skin, a full head of hair, an okay face. Half of the normie guys with girlfriends i hang out with are short, fat, ugly, or some combination of the three (not insulting them, i still enjoy, their company, just saying). It's obviously not about looks.
