I need a whitepillI began lifting just because I made it be for my theoretical future wife. Its extremely poweful for me to have a motivator like that. For all the times I have let myself down, when I work on something for someone else I hate to let them down too. This got me to lift for a few years.I realized though that I'm ugly and could never attract a woman physically. Whether I was fit or not. So I gave up. I guess right now I'm just missing that external presence to make performance required.
>>34210528Nah man, that's the self-doubt talking. I have a coworker who's short, bald, and not the sharpest tool in the shed. He's confident, and he works out, and he gets plenty of dates online. If he can do it, so can you, there's no way you're more uncharismatic than him.
>>34210528really after about 1-1.5 years the gym gets boring, your gains come much slower, the routine gets stale, so the only thing that will get you to cotinue lifting is just adoptng is as a natural part of your day like showering or brushing your teeth. Whatever motvator you start with eventually goes away.

>>34210528I won't read insecure OP threads because no amount of reassurance is going to change anything.
>>34210528>external presence to make performance required. This is where you went wrong right off the bat OP.
