Every month my 13-year-old autistic daughter goes through a fucking nightmare phase. She drenches her pads and tampons in blood, has nasty cramps and migraines, and literally vomits every 5 minutes. Just awful, my wife misses too much work, my daughter is crying in pain for 8 days per month, and we don't have money for a family doctor. I wish I could go the Robert Latimer route but I don't want to end up in jail. What on earth can I do to help my daughter? She has had painful periods since she was 7 or 8 (she got hers super early), and she has missed enough school to be held back a grade.
>>34210607Go to the doctor or kill your entire family including yourself because you have no right having children when you can't even take them to the doctor.
>>34210644why cant he just kill himself? seem like the better option desu.
>>34210607Fly to mexico and get her a gyno. She probably has endometriosis or some other bullshit, needs hormone treatment or something.
>>34210607Next time go to the ER
>>34210607This is not something people on an anime forum can help you with. Take her to a doctor. Depending on what's wrong, there may be any number of options, but until you have a diagnosis it's pointless to speculate.
>>34210607If you live anywhere in the world other than the USA, go to a doctor. It's free.If you live in the USA, go to a doctor. It's not free but your daughter's health is worth paying for.
That's like top 1% extreme shit, it's not going to magically fix itself without a doctor and the usual woman shit of light exercise, raspberry leaf tea won't make a dent in it.She probably has a fucked up allergy or immune system thing, or endometriosis/adenomyosis.If she has crazy bloodloss probably also getting anemic
>>34210607Go into debt for your daughter you faggot. Skip a few meals if you have to.
If your daughter is fat, get her to lose weight.
>>34210607Likely bait but I'm biting anyway. Reddit style posting for brevity. First thing to test her for is PCOS. Heavy menstrual cycles are very common for women who have polycystic ovary syndrome. She may have to have some ultrasounds done for that. Ultrasounds are not just done for pregnancy btw.She could also potentially have uterine fibroids causing heavy periods. Ultrasound or MRI may be needed for that. It is also possible she has endometriosis, though she is quite young and while the surgery isn't horribly invasive (it is the only 100% true way to diagnose it), I don't know if they would perform it on her. Your best bet would be talking to her primary care doctor about seeing a specialist/OBGYN, ideally female as she is young and sensitive to this. Additionally, It is very likely she has some kind of hormonal imbalance. If the doctor puts it down to just 'mittelschmerz', find a new doctor who will take her seriously.Assuming you're in the US, some county clinics will have either low cost or no cost care for children. If you are able, try to see if you can get her on Medicaid. There is something in addition with Medicaid called CHIP. Both of these will help children and teenagers. If the pain is so bad and she is vomiting, make sure she is receiving enough fluids and electrolytes. Additionally, make sure she is getting enough iron/b12 and magnesium, which she may need to supplement. Heavy periods can make women very anemic.
>>34210607My ex used to have periods like those. The only way she found relief was to take the pill.
>>34214130Additionally, if you must supplement iron for her, make sure she doesn't take calcium (or calcium heavy foods) at the same time or caffeine like tea/coffee/soda, and has vitamin C/orange juice/ect. with it, as it will help it absorb into her system easier.
