Hello, I believe I have somehow fucked my pelvic floor muscles and nerves, probably by sitting with my spine crooked, leaning to the side on my armrest and getting a dull pain on one side of my spine where it connects to the hip, but I'm not sure. This started around 10 years ago.

It has made it very hard for me to completely empty my bladder because my pelvic floor won't relax and I feel the need to pee even when my bladder is confirmed empty by ultra-sound. Although these sensations are not that intense and I can usually forget about them within the day, they really inconvenience me when it's time to go to sleep. I have to spend around an hour on the toilet to feel empty enough to go to sleep and even then it's making me wake up before I get all the sleep I can.

I also suspect it may have made my glans and corpus spongiosum quite soft in erection even when the rest of my penis is rock hard.

I spent around a year with a urologist trying meds and doing tests, he told me he can't do anything for me and that it's probably a neurological problem, but I haven't been able to talk to a neurologist yet. From what I see on the internet though, it's kinda over for me, these things are usually permanent, very poorly understood and, if anything, I should be happy I don't have it as bad as some of the people I read about.

Still, I don't feel whole having these problems, I'd rather saw my own leg or arm off with a rusty saw and no anesthetic than deal with this shit so I really wanted to ask you guys if you know of any ways of dealing with these issues and making a complete recovery, I'm pretty desperate.

Inb4 just kill yourself. It's definitely in the cards don't worry about it.

>by sitting with my spine crooked, leaning to the side on my armrest
so stop doing that
the magic pill you're looking for is exercise

I stopped when the pain started. I also went to the gym for about three years and it sadly didn't do anything for these problems.

I got a non-infectious prostatitis a a couple of years ago and a new episode last year, because of gooning and masturbating too much in a short time frame. I spent in both cases about 6 months of disconfort. Meds didn't help, antibiotics plain started to damage, and I am back to normal.

Problem is permanent now. Try to relax before bed by taking a warm bath. Stop thinking about it, some other problem will come to your life that you will focus on.

>I don't feel whole
You are whole. Really, forget about it. Do your best conscious effort to forget about it. Yes, it's there but don't do anything about it. Do as usual, this is you now, and it's always been you.

I get what you are saying, but it's really not that simple, this thing is messing with pretty much my whole life, I don't want to be basically crippled like this for the rest of my life and there has to be some treatment around.

TENS/EMS on pelvic floor.
Megadose nutrients dir nerve regrowth (methylcobalamin, MTHF, and other B vitamins)

im in the identical situation as you OP, even with that leaning to the side and stuff.
except thats not the reason, fully, for me, but the four (4) spinal discs protruding in my back.
they press on the nerves and send wrong signals to my genital organs/block nerve signals

my research and MRI scans let me reach the conclusion that the only thing i can do is
gymnastic excersises and
eating things to help repair nerve damage/spinal discs (vit b12 for example)
and move more, sit less

i can feel it. when i do my exercises and dont sit all day, im 80% there.
but also, im somewhat underweight/athletic so i have pretty good chances to make a full recovery

you should do a MRI scan of your back ASAP

I had a taint abscess that was giving pee trouble but that would show on the ultrasound, yea? But maybe you are barking up a wrong tree. There’s pee pills like flowmax. Saw Palmetto is one herbal solution for pee. Maybe give a try.

I'll try those, thanks.

Damn, I though that if it's a spinal disc or something like that I'd be kinda lucky since that could be operated on somehow. I'll definitely get to a neurologist as soon as I can.

Yeah, that would probably be seen by the ultrasound. I'm already taking some meds, I'll try the tea.
