My blood pressure is 120/62 and my pulse (heart rate) is 39 beats per minute. I’m 22 and 6’5 and 200 Pounds

~100/60 @ 55 bpm here. If you're feeling dizzy then you're probably having bradycardia. If you're okay, then it's fine.

Your blood pressure isn't a problem. That's a very low resting heart rate, but so long as it beats much faster when you're exercising, it's probably not a problem.
