It is a hope I'll keep having even though it is always untrue.
Women are conformists and have to be part of the group. Also their speech is their weapon -- spreading rumors about other women, tearing eachother down. It's like sparring for men.

As an anxious attempt to compensate people for tolerating my presence by entertaining them and I can't stop myself even though I know it's making it worse.
