Hi. So shortest version possible is im a type 1 diabetic American. Diabetes costs are RETARDED even with the insurance I have affording things like GCMs, and supplies for my pump is a heft expense. Like really hefty. 2nd-3rd largest expense I have. And given its T1D I have it for life.What im thinking is maybe I could emmigrate to like western Europe like Germany or Netherlands or whatever so I can get access to much cheaper medical supplies. I just really dont know how to do that. Or if its even practical. Im a 30 year old teacher of both English and History, 5 years experience with a BA in history. I dont have anyone I would bring with me or anything like that. Its just I dont know. My medical expenses are already pretty high and I aint gettin any younger so moving to Europe feels like my best option. It doesnt have to be Germany or whatever just one of the more medically capable ones. Outside of like SOMEHOW finding the time and money to like become a fucking lawyer or some shit. Fuck I hate my life and wanna die.
