I've been in this chain restaurant company for 7 years now and back in June last year I've asked for transfer to other restaurant cause I've experienced mobbing in current one. They promised me that starting from April I'll be transferred. Yesterday I got the new that my transfer got cancelled and how they'll keep me in current one. I really don't know what to do. I already told HR that I'm unhappy in current one, but it's as if it was all for nothing.

Without quitting your job, start looking elsewhere. 7 years experience should make you eligible for a managerial position at a competitor. Get it and then quit here.

Try making careful threats and expecting honour from higher ups. Hold them accountable and say you will. Be as assertive as you can get away with.

Never talk to HR about anything. HR exists to protect the upper management, not you.

Hehe. Now you know not to believe in anything the company says.
