Long story. So my life is kind of sad.Never had any friends, I live alone... Work to the bone.My only plesure in life, the only good thing I have in this sad existence is this online community I go to...It's farly small, centered around a twitch streamer... He is not big, has only a few commenters on chat and streaming is not his job jus a hobby.I hang on his community discord and is the only place I get any socialization. The dude is a really fun guy, I genuinely think he is a great human being and hearing him always makes me happy. He has a very positive outlook in life and always trying to incentivise us to do stuff. It's kind of a parasocial thing and I try to keep clear boundaries, I know we are not real friends.Anyway he has many projects showcasing stuff made by the community, such as drawings, text, poems and small video games.I literally made two games and many poems he showcased in stream. It was nice, made me less suicidal almost as if having something to look foward to helped. This month he incentivised us to do an art project just for fun... And I did... I know nothing about art or music but I tried and as I sent him asking for advice if it was good... He showered me with compliments. Issue is... How do I know the compliments were genuine?
You'll probably never know for sure, so count this as a win and use it to push yourself one more step onward and upward.
